Version 1.0 · Effective 8 September 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website alexischristodoulou.com. They are issued by Redstream Consulting Limited, which owns and operates the website. Please read them carefully. By accessing or using the website you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use the website.
1. Introduction and acceptance
1.1 These terms of use (Terms) apply to your access to and use of the website at alexischristodoulou.com, together with any subdomain, page, form, download, booking facility or other content made available through it (the Website).
1.2 By accessing, browsing or using the Website in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by the Privacy Notice referred to at section 19. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Website.
1.3 These Terms apply to every visitor to the Website. Where you use the Contact Page, book an appointment, or otherwise communicate with Redstream through the Website, the additional provisions at sections 4, 6 and 7 apply.
1.4 These Terms govern the Website only. They do not govern the provision of any services by Redstream, which is governed exclusively by the written letter of engagement and terms issued for each engagement (see section 5).
1.5 You are encouraged to print or save a copy of these Terms for future reference.
2. Who we are
2.1 The Website is owned and operated by Redstream Consulting Limited, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 13439183, whose registered office is at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ (Redstream, we, us, our). Our VAT registration number is 479 0357 60. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office as a data controller under registration number 00017355554.
2.2 Alexis Christodoulou is the Director of Redstream. All references on the Website to Alexis Christodoulou, to Alexis, or to his experience, qualifications, publications and services describe work that he performs for and on behalf of Redstream in his capacity as its Director. He does not offer or provide services in a personal capacity. Nothing on the Website, in any communication sent through it, or in any engagement that follows from it, creates any contract with, or any duty, obligation or liability on the part of, Alexis Christodoulou personally. Any contract, and any claim, is with and against Redstream alone.
2.3 You may contact us at alexischristodoulou.com or by post at the registered office above.
3. Definitions
In these Terms the following words have the following meanings:
Adult means an individual who is aged eighteen years or over and who is not treated as a minor under the law of the place in which they reside.
Contact Page means any page, form, email address, telephone number, appointment-booking link or other facility on or accessible through the Website by which a user may communicate with Redstream.
Content means all text, images, photographs, graphics, logos, marks, documents, downloads, audio, video, design, layout, look and feel, software and other material on or accessible through the Website.
Engagement means a contract for the provision of Services between Redstream and a client, made only in the manner described at section 5.3.
Services means the advisory services described on the Website, namely UK independent school admissions, UK university applications, test and interview preparation, and family advisory, together with related education matters.
User Content means any information, message, document, file or other material that you submit to Redstream through the Website or the Contact Page.
Young Person means any individual under the age of eighteen, and any individual who is treated as a minor under the law of the place in which they reside.
4. Eligibility: adults only
4.1 The Website and the Contact Page are intended for, and may be used only by, Adults. By accessing or using the Website you represent and warrant that you are an Adult and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement on these Terms.
4.2 A Young Person must not use the Contact Page, submit any User Content, book any appointment, or otherwise communicate with Redstream through the Website. A Young Person who wishes to obtain Redstream's assistance must ask a parent or legal guardian to make contact on their behalf.
4.3 If Redstream becomes aware, or reasonably suspects, that a communication has been sent through the Website by a Young Person, Redstream will not respond to the Young Person directly. Where a parent or legal guardian can readily be identified, Redstream may redirect the communication to them. Otherwise the communication will not be engaged with and any personal data contained in it will be deleted, save where its retention is required by law or by Redstream's safeguarding obligations under section 7.
4.4 The Website is not designed for Young People and Redstream does not knowingly collect personal data from Young People through it. If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that a Young Person in your care has submitted personal data through the Website, please contact us and we will delete it, subject to section 7.
4.5 Where the Website links to third-party platforms, including publishing, professional networking, video-conferencing and appointment-scheduling services, the age and eligibility requirements of those platforms apply in addition to these Terms.
5. Nature of the Website: information, not advice
5.1 The Website describes the Services and provides general information and commentary on education matters, including the selection of independent schools, applications to universities, test and interview preparation, and related questions of family strategy. All Content is provided for general information only.
5.2 Content does not constitute, and must not be relied upon as, advice of any kind, whether educational, pastoral, psychological, medical, legal, financial, tax, immigration or otherwise, to any reader, family or Young Person. Every family's circumstances differ. Nothing on the Website takes account of your circumstances or of those of any Young Person, and no Content should be acted upon without independent professional advice specific to those circumstances.
5.3 No client relationship, no duty of care and no Engagement arises from your use of the Website, from reading Content, from submitting an enquiry, from booking or attending an introductory conversation, or from any correspondence with Redstream, unless and until Redstream has issued a written letter of engagement and either (a) you have returned a signed copy of it to Redstream, or (b) Redstream has commenced services at your request on the terms of that letter. Each Engagement is governed exclusively by its own letter of engagement, terms and privacy notice, and not by these Terms.
5.4 Redstream is under no obligation to respond to any enquiry, to accept any instruction, or to enter into any Engagement, and may decline to do so without giving reasons.
5.5 Admissions decisions, references, offers, places, scholarships, examination results and all other outcomes are determined by schools, universities, examination boards and other third parties over whom Redstream has no control. Nothing on the Website is, or should be read as, a representation, warranty or guarantee of any outcome, and no description of experience, background or past work should be read as a prediction of future results.
5.6 Redstream does not approach or seek to influence any admissions officer, tutor or selector; does not write, draft or ghost-write any personal statement, essay, application or reference; does not complete or submit any application on behalf of an applicant; and neither solicits nor accepts any payment, commission or benefit from any school, university, college, tutor, agency or other institution or provider in connection with any client. Nothing on the Website should be read as offering or implying otherwise.
5.7 Redstream is not a school, a tutoring agency, an employment agency or employment business, an immigration adviser, a financial adviser, a firm of solicitors, or a provider of counselling, psychological or medical services, and does not hold itself out as any of these. Where third-party tutors or specialists are introduced in the course of an Engagement, they contract with the client directly and Redstream accepts no responsibility for their acts or omissions.
5.8 Content may refer to legislation, statutory guidance, admissions practice, examinations, deadlines, fees and other matters that change frequently. Content is accurate, to the best of Redstream's knowledge, at the date it was published. It is not updated in real time, and you must verify any time-sensitive or decision-critical information with the relevant school, university, examination board or authority before relying on it.
6. The Contact Page and communications
6.1 The Contact Page exists to allow Adults to make a preliminary enquiry about the Services. It is not a channel for advice, for time-critical matters, or for the disclosure of sensitive or confidential information.
6.2 By using the Contact Page you confirm that you are an Adult, that you are acting for yourself or with the authority of the family or organisation on whose behalf you write, and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
6.3 You should not include in any enquiry: detailed or sensitive information about a Young Person beyond what is needed to describe your enquiry in general terms; special category personal data (including information about health, medical or psychological conditions, ethnic origin, religion or sexual orientation); school reports, references, examination results or application documents; or financial information. Such information should be shared only once an Engagement is in place, and only through the means agreed in it.
6.4 Email and web forms are not secure means of communication. Any information you send through the Website or by email is sent at your own risk, and Redstream accepts no responsibility for its interception, loss, corruption or delay in transit.
6.5 Redstream will endeavour to acknowledge enquiries within a reasonable time but does not undertake to respond to any enquiry within any particular period, or at all. You must not treat the absence of a response as advice, acceptance or agreement of any kind. You remain solely responsible for any deadline that applies to you or to any Young Person.
6.6 Where the Website offers an online appointment-booking facility, a booking is a request for an introductory conversation and does not create an Engagement. Redstream may decline, reschedule or cancel any booking. Where a fee applies to a consultation, it will be notified to you separately before the consultation takes place and is subject to the terms notified to you at that time.
6.7 Communications sent to or received from Redstream may be recorded and retained in accordance with the Privacy Notice.
6.8 Redstream does not use instant-messaging applications or social-media direct messages to communicate with Young People. Any purported communication from Redstream, or from Alexis Christodoulou, to a Young Person through such a channel is unauthorised and should be reported immediately in accordance with section 7.
7. Safeguarding
7.1 Redstream's work involves direct engagement with Young People, in person and by video call, in the course of school placement advice, interview preparation and university application support. Redstream treats safeguarding and child protection as the first duty in every aspect of its work, including the operation of this Website.
7.2 Redstream regards its work with Young People as regulated activity for the purposes of the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 and conducts it accordingly. Redstream maintains a Safeguarding and Child Protection Policy (the Policy), prepared with reference to Keeping Children Safe in Education (2026), Working Together to Safeguard Children (2026), the Children's Wellbeing and Schools Act 2026 and the Crime and Policing Act 2026. The Policy is available on request and forms part of every Engagement.
7.3 Redstream's direct work with a Young Person takes place only:
(a) under a written Engagement made with a parent or legal guardian who has given express, informed consent to Redstream communicating with the Young Person;
(b) by the means stated in the Engagement, namely in person, by voice call, by email, or over a video-conferencing service agreed with the parent or legal guardian, and never by instant messaging or social media;
(c) with the parent or legal guardian copied into written correspondence as a matter of routine, and entitled at any time to see any communication between Redstream and the Young Person;
(d) with any in-person meeting agreed in advance with the parent or legal guardian and held in a setting appropriate to the work; and
(e) in accordance with the Policy and the code of conduct contained in it.
7.4 The Website is not a channel for any of that work. No advice, guidance, coaching, preparation, mentoring or other service is delivered to a Young Person through the Website or the Contact Page.
7.5 Redstream is subject to the statutory duty to report child sexual abuse under the Crime and Policing Act 2026, and to its wider obligations under safeguarding law and statutory guidance. Where Redstream has reason to believe that a Young Person is at risk of harm, including as a result of information received through the Website, it will act in accordance with the Policy and the law. This may include making a referral to local authority children's social care, the police or another statutory agency, without prior notice to the person who supplied the information, and irrespective of any confidentiality otherwise owed. Nothing in these Terms, in any Engagement, or in any request for confidentiality prevents Redstream from doing so.
7.6 You must not use the Website, the Contact Page or any information obtained from the Website:
(a) to attempt to contact, identify, locate or communicate with any Young Person;
(b) to send or upload any content that is harmful, sexual, exploitative, threatening or otherwise inappropriate in relation to a Young Person, or that could facilitate grooming or abuse;
(c) to impersonate a parent, legal guardian, teacher, school, university, Young Person or Redstream; or
(d) in any other way that contravenes safeguarding law or the Policy.
Redstream will report any such conduct to the police and to the relevant statutory authorities, will preserve the evidence, and will cooperate fully with any investigation.
7.7 The Director does not correspond privately with any Young Person outside the terms of an Engagement made with that Young Person's parent or legal guardian. Any Young Person who has received, or been asked to enter into, such correspondence, and anyone who becomes aware of it, should tell a parent, legal guardian or trusted adult without delay, and may report it directly to the authorities under section 7.8.
7.8 If you are concerned about the immediate safety of a child, contact the police on 999. Adults concerned about a child may contact the NSPCC helpline on 0808 800 5000. Children and young people may contact Childline on 0800 1111. Concerns about the conduct of any person who works with children may be raised with the Local Authority Designated Officer (LADO) for the relevant area. Nothing on the Website is a substitute for contacting those services.
7.9 Any concern or complaint about Redstream's own conduct in relation to a Young Person will be handled under the Policy and will never be treated as a commercial matter. Such concerns may be raised with Redstream at alexischristodoulou.com, with the relevant LADO, or with the police, and Redstream will not seek to prevent or discourage any person from doing so.
8. Acceptable use
8.1 You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
(a) use the Website in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation, or that is fraudulent, unlawful or harmful, or that has any fraudulent, unlawful or harmful purpose or effect;
(b) use the Website in any way that breaches section 7;
(c) send, upload or transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, discriminatory, threatening, abusive or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes the rights of any person;
(d) transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material, or any other form of solicitation;
(e) knowingly introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful;
(f) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, the server on which it is hosted, or any server, computer or database connected to it;
(g) attack the Website by means of a denial-of-service attack or similar;
(h) use any robot, spider, scraper, crawler or other automated means to access, copy, monitor or extract data from the Website, or use Content for the training, fine-tuning or evaluation of any artificial-intelligence or machine-learning system, without Redstream's prior written consent;
(i) reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or otherwise exploit any part of the Website or Content for commercial purposes;
(j) misrepresent your identity, age or authority, or the identity, age or authority of any person on whose behalf you communicate; or
(k) interfere with, damage or disrupt any part of the Website, any equipment or network on which it is stored, or any software used in its provision.
8.2 Breach of section 8.1(e), (f) or (g) may constitute a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. Redstream will report any such breach to the relevant law-enforcement authorities and will cooperate with them by disclosing your identity to them. Your right to use the Website will cease immediately upon any such breach.
9. Intellectual property
9.1 Redstream is the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Website and in all Content, including copyright, database rights, rights in designs, and rights in the names, logos and marks used on the Website, including the name Alexis Christodoulou as used in the course of business and the crossed-keys device. All such rights are reserved.
9.2 You may view the Website and may print or download extracts of Content for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided that you do not modify the paper or digital copies, that you do not remove any copyright, trade-mark or other proprietary notice, and that you do not use any illustration, photograph, video or graphic separately from the accompanying text.
9.3 You must not otherwise reproduce, adapt, translate, distribute, publish, communicate to the public, or create derivative works from any Content without Redstream's prior written consent. Redstream's status as the author of Content must always be acknowledged.
9.4 Photographs of Alexis Christodoulou appearing on the Website are protected by copyright and by his rights in his own image and likeness, and may not be reproduced or used for any purpose without express written consent.
9.5 Names, logos and marks of schools, universities, examination boards and other third parties that appear on the Website are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only. No affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement by or of any such third party is claimed or implied.
9.6 If you print, copy, download or otherwise use any Content in breach of these Terms, your right to use the Website will cease immediately and you must, at Redstream's option, return or destroy any copies of the Content you have made.
10. Publications, commentary and third-party links
10.1 The Website may contain, or link to, articles, essays, newsletters, posts and other commentary written by Alexis Christodoulou for Redstream and published on the Website or on third-party platforms. Such material expresses views held at the date of publication on matters of general interest. It is opinion, not advice, and is subject in every respect to section 5.
10.2 Where such material refers to any school, university, examination, test, policy or practice, it does so for the purpose of general discussion. No statement is intended as a recommendation for or against any institution, and no reader should treat any statement as a basis for a decision about any particular Young Person.
10.3 Where the Website contains links to other websites, platforms or resources provided by third parties, those links are provided for your information only. Redstream has no control over the content of those sites or resources, does not endorse them, and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. Your use of any third-party site or platform is governed by that party's own terms and privacy policy.
11. Descriptions of experience and any testimonials
11.1 Descriptions on the Website of Alexis Christodoulou's professional background, experience and past work are given in good faith and are qualitative. They are not statistics, and no statistic, success rate or outcome should be inferred from them.
11.2 Where testimonials or comments from clients or others appear on the Website or on third-party platforms linked from it, they are given voluntarily, published with the consent of the person concerned, and may be anonymised or edited for length. Each describes the personal experience of the individual giving it, is not representative of every engagement, and is not a promise or prediction of any outcome for any other person.
12. Accuracy, availability and changes to the Website
12.1 Redstream does not warrant that the Content is accurate, complete or up to date, and may update, amend or remove any Content at any time without notice.
12.2 Redstream does not guarantee that the Website, or any Content on it, will always be available or that access will be uninterrupted or error-free. Redstream may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of the Website without notice and will not be liable to you if, for any reason, the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
12.3 The Website is hosted and delivered by third-party service providers. Redstream is not responsible for any failure, interruption or defect in the services of those providers.
12.4 You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the Website, and for ensuring that all persons who access the Website through your internet connection are aware of these Terms and comply with them.
13. Security and viruses
13.1 Redstream does not guarantee that the Website will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your own information technology, computer programmes and platform to access the Website, and should use your own virus-protection software.
13.2 Redstream will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a virus, distributed denial-of-service attack, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, programmes, data or other proprietary material as a result of your use of the Website or of your downloading of any Content from it or from any website linked to it.
14. Linking to and framing the Website
14.1 You may link to the home page of the Website, provided that you do so in a way that is fair and legal, that does not damage or take advantage of Redstream's reputation, and that does not suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on Redstream's part where none exists.
14.2 You must not establish a link from any website that is not owned by you, and you must not frame the Website on any other site or create a link to any part of the Website other than the home page without Redstream's prior written consent.
14.3 Redstream reserves the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.
15. User Content
15.1 You are responsible for all User Content that you submit through the Website. You warrant that any User Content is accurate, that you have the right and authority to submit it, and that it does not infringe the rights of any person or breach any law or these Terms.
15.2 By submitting User Content you grant Redstream a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, store, copy and reproduce it for the purposes of considering and responding to your enquiry, keeping proper records, complying with its legal and safeguarding obligations, and establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.
15.3 Subject to data protection law and to section 7, Redstream owes no duty of confidence in respect of User Content submitted before an Engagement is in place, and you should not submit confidential information through the Website. Any duty of confidence arising under an Engagement is governed by the terms of that Engagement.
15.4 You must not submit through the Website any information about any third party, including any Young Person, unless you are entitled to do so, and you are responsible for ensuring that you have any consent required.
15.5 Redstream may refuse, remove or delete any User Content without notice, and may disclose your identity to any third party who claims that User Content submitted by you constitutes a violation of their rights.
16. No warranties
16.1 The Website and the Content are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redstream excludes all conditions, warranties, representations and other terms, whether express or implied by statute, common law or otherwise, that might otherwise apply to the Website or to any Content on it, including any implied warranty of accuracy, completeness, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
17. Limitation and exclusion of liability
17.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for breach of any right that you have as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable law. Where you are a consumer, nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.
17.2 Subject to section 17.1, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Redstream, its Director, officers, employees, agents, contractors and licensors exclude all liability, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, misrepresentation or otherwise, for any loss or damage of any kind that arises from or in connection with:
(a) your use of, or inability to use, the Website or any Content;
(b) any reliance placed by you or by any other person on any Content, or on any communication sent through or received from the Website, including any decision made or action taken or not taken in reliance on it;
(c) any inaccuracy, omission or error in any Content;
(d) any use of, or reliance on, any website, platform or resource linked to or from the Website; or
(e) any failure of, or delay in, any communication sent through the Website or the Contact Page, including any missed deadline that results.
17.3 Subject to section 17.1, Redstream will not be liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated savings, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill or reputation, loss or corruption of data, or for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive loss or damage, however arising. In particular, and without limitation, Redstream will not be liable for the loss of, or failure to obtain, any school place, university offer, scholarship, examination result, reference, interview or other educational opportunity.
17.4 Subject to section 17.1, if and to the extent that any liability on the part of Redstream arises in connection with the Website notwithstanding sections 17.2 and 17.3, Redstream's total aggregate liability to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, will not exceed one hundred pounds sterling (£100).
17.5 Alexis Christodoulou acts at all times for and on behalf of Redstream. He accepts no personal duty of care and no personal liability to you or to any other person in connection with the Website, its Content, or any communication sent through it, and no claim may be brought against him personally. This section 17.5 is intended to benefit Alexis Christodoulou and may be enforced by him under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
17.6 This section 17 does not apply to any Engagement. Redstream's liability under any Engagement is governed exclusively by the terms of that Engagement.
18. Indemnity
18.1 You agree to indemnify Redstream, its Director, officers, employees, agents and contractors, and to keep them indemnified, against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: any User Content submitted by you; any breach by you of these Terms, including section 7; any breach by you of applicable law; or any misrepresentation by you of your identity, age or authority.
19. Privacy and cookies
19.1 Redstream processes personal data collected through the Website in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation, the Data Protection Act 2018 and its Privacy Notice, which is available on the Website and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Website you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Notice.
19.2 The Website uses cookies and similar technologies, some of which are set by the third-party platform on which the Website is hosted. Information about the cookies used, and about how to manage them, is set out in the cookie notice displayed on the Website.
19.3 You have rights under data protection law, including the right to access, rectify and in certain circumstances erase your personal data, and the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Details are set out in the Privacy Notice.
20. Suspension, termination and enforcement
20.1 Redstream may, at its discretion and without notice, suspend or terminate your access to all or any part of the Website, remove or refuse any User Content, and take any other action it considers appropriate, if it determines that you have breached these Terms or applicable law, or that your conduct is otherwise harmful to Redstream, to any Young Person, or to any other person.
20.2 Redstream may take legal action against you in respect of any breach of these Terms, and may report any conduct that it considers to be unlawful, or to raise a safeguarding concern, to the police, the relevant local authority, or any other appropriate body.
20.3 Sections 2.2, 5, 7, 9, 15, 16, 17, 18, 23 and 24 survive any termination of your access to the Website.
21. International users
21.1 The Website is directed at users in the United Kingdom and at families and their advisers, wherever located, who are considering education in the United Kingdom. Redstream makes no representation that Content is appropriate for use, or available, in any other location. If you access the Website from outside the United Kingdom, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with the laws of the place from which you access it.
21.2 Redstream does not provide services to, and will not correspond with, any person or entity that is subject to financial sanctions imposed by the United Kingdom, the United Nations, the European Union or the United States, or that is located in a country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions.
21.3 These Terms, and all Content, are provided in English. Any translation is for convenience only, and the English text prevails.
22. Changes to these Terms
22.1 Redstream may amend these Terms at any time by publishing a revised version on the Website. The revised version takes effect from the date stated on it. Your continued use of the Website after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Please check this page each time you use the Website.
23. General
23.1 If any provision of these Terms is held by any court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable in whole or in part, that provision will, to that extent, be severed from the remaining provisions, which will continue in full force and effect.
23.2 No failure or delay by Redstream in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms operates as a waiver of that right or remedy, and no single or partial exercise of any right or remedy precludes any further exercise of it or of any other right or remedy.
23.3 These Terms, together with the Privacy Notice, constitute the entire agreement between you and Redstream in relation to your use of the Website and supersede all previous agreements, representations and understandings between you and Redstream in relation to it. Nothing in this section limits or excludes liability for fraud.
23.4 Except as provided at section 17.5, no person other than you and Redstream has any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these Terms.
23.5 Redstream may assign, transfer or subcontract any of its rights or obligations under these Terms without notice. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms.
23.6 Any notice to be given to Redstream under these Terms must be sent by email to alexis@alexischristodoulou.com or by post to the registered office. This does not apply to the service of legal proceedings, which must be effected in accordance with the Civil Procedure Rules.
24. Governing law and jurisdiction
24.1 These Terms, their subject matter and their formation, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including any non-contractual dispute or claim), are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
24.2 You and Redstream agree that the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim, save that if you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your home nation, and nothing in this section deprives any consumer of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their place of residence.
24.3 Before commencing proceedings, you and Redstream will first attempt to resolve the matter by discussion and, failing that, by mediation in England.
25. Complaints and contact
25.1 Any question, concern or complaint about the Website or these Terms should be sent to Redstream Consulting Limited at alexischristodoulou.com, or by post to 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. Redstream will acknowledge and consider any complaint and respond within a reasonable time.
25.2 Any concern of a safeguarding nature should be raised in accordance with section 7 and will be handled under the Policy.
